Idea for NYC Hotels located on 23rd , 34th, 42nd and 57th streets. 4-6 times a year there is MANHATTENHENGE or REVERSE Manhattanhenge. What's Manhattanhenge? It's a phenomenon where the Sun rises or Sets perfectly down those streets. Like this mornings Reverse Manhattanhenge. If your hotel has a view. I'd consider that fishing with dynamite. People who know about Manhattanhenge LOVE IT. And I've yet to meet a person who's learned about Manhattanhenge not be impressed. If you're looking to build memories, what a cool one to inform people about. It's predictable, annual, and a showstopper. If your location has a view, or is a quick walk from that. For what it's worth, the next one will be visible January 11th and 12th. The actual event lasts 15-20 minutes, but the memories will be a lifetime.
