That said, I am excited that there are more studies on mandates, remote work, and telework so that business leaders and institutions can make better data-driven decisions. #RemoteWork #WorkLifeBalance
My best advice for a restful vacation is to go abroad and don't get a visa. Can't work if it's not legal!

Fun Fact Friday: telework and remote are not synonyms! A remote worker can work from anywhere their visas/residency permits them to work. Teleworkers must live within range of an office and have to come in anywhere from yearly to several days a week. I have empathy for all my friends job hunting because it seems like every "remote" role has required days in the office.
Working in the Federal contracting space is a lot of peaks and valleys and this particular season is all peak, no valley. Let's prioritize self-care, maintain healthy boundaries, and make time for our hobbies and loved ones. Remember, a harmonious work-life balance not only benefits us but also fuels our ability to deliver exceptional results for our clients and the nation.
