Social commerce is an interesting topic of discussion and when I say interesting, I mean scary. Here's why: We literally walk around with devices that listen to our conversations. There are multiple pieces of tech in our homes that know what we want (sometimes need) before it even registers in our prefrontal cortex! And that's when it happens... Ads start to follow us. In the apps we use, in the websites we visit, and even in the podcasts we listen to (!!). And if that's not enough to change the future of freight...well, then you're not paying close enough attention.
