HR Leadership Partner & Head of Employee Relations at Equitable/Board of Advisors at University of North Carolina-Charlotte’s Belk College of Business

Cool experience at a recent Charlotte Knight vs Durham Bulls game. The Equitable Foundation partnered with Crescent Coalition/UrbanPromise Charlotte to bring 30+students, companies and program Alumni together for their "Summer Social Capital Series". Great to see these students jump starting their education and career journey so early. The broader series will take place throughout July and is designed to place students in positions to meet, network and engage with professionals regarding their college and career aspirations. Social Capital is a key driver in helping students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds achieve social and economic mobility. Appreciate my Equitable colleagues that also joined the event; Jamil Massey, Kim Henderson, Alexys Gabriel, Edward Aaron Lopez, SHRM-CP, Julia Dail, Arjenayh Pewu and Taylor Stagg. Truly a Force for Good moment.
