But how do you think about those two things, the mission and how the website fits in? So we do a lot of different things, you know, the connectivity stuff with the circuit materials and that type of thing. And then the foams business was everything from open celled foams like pour on all the way to the silicone foams. It's this wide breadth of all these different areas that we play in and we don't sell stuff off the shelf. So it's not like you would just go into a store and buy say our R4000 material. You don't do that. It's designed into all of these different applications that they go in. So our website is absolutely critical that we do. I mean, we have tons and tons and tons of documentation that's out there. We have engineers that are going out and they want to see all the data specs. They wanna see how does the material come, what are the different options, how can it be used. I mean, there's so much information to try and get across what Rogers does as a whole on a single site. That's probably one of the biggest challenges that we have because it's hard to explain in just a couple of sentences. Yeah, definitely. And So what I got, I'm assuming through those acquisitions that you mentioned, through just innovation and change in, in the spaces that you're in, I'm sure there's a lot of things that are constantly evolving and changing. Any, any kind of key learnings that you've had over time make it easy to find. I mean, in our reality, that's the kind of the shortest thing. It used to be very much like count the clicks, you know, OK, if you get to the website, you have to find exactly what you want in X number of clicks or else you're not doing a really good job. I subscribed to something a little bit differently in that I think of it as as long as the user is trying to is, it feels like they're making their way towards the information that they want and they eventually get it, then that's going to be a successful thing. That's just one of the biggest things that we've learned is when people want the documentation, they don't look for it. They want to find it. They want it right there. So there's a wide breadth of what they're looking for and trying to bring that all together to where they can find it easily, that could be challenging at times.

How to turn basic UX features into persuasive stories: 1. Pick a feature. 2. Break it down into benefits. 3. Break those down into positive outcomes. 4. Identify current or potential negative outcomes. 5. Build a story with the negatives and positives. Example: 1. We’ll pick the famous Netflix “Skip Intro” button. 2. The benefit is being able to skip a repetitive part of the show. 3. The outcome is feeling less frustration, which leads to higher retention. 4. If people are frustrated, they might cancel their subscriptions. 5. If users feel frustrated by being forced to watch or fast-forward through TV show introductions they’ll be more likely to cancel. Skip intro means uninterrupted entertainment which leads to more engagement, higher retention, and lower subscriber churn. That’s a basic example, but it shows you the process. Feature → Benefits → Outcomes → Story
