Benefits of diesel generators When it comes to running a manufacturing facility, one of the top priorities is ensuring a reliable power supply. Diesel generators offer unmatched reliability, as they can provide backup power in the event of an outage. Unlike other fuel sources, diesel is readily available, making it a dependable choice for continuous power. With a diesel generator in place, you can eliminate the risks associated with power disruptions and keep your operations running smoothly. As per the government guidelines :- Cpcb IV:- CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board) regulations have become increasingly stringent over the years, aiming to reduce the environmental impact of diesel generators. It’s essential to opt for a CPCB IV+ diesel generator that meets these stringent emission control standards. This not only helps you comply with environmental regulations but also reduces harmful emissions, making your generator eco-friendly.

Fugitive Emission refers to unintended releases of gases or vapors from industrial facilities or equipment, NFPA-30 defines it as "releases of flammable vapor that continuously or intermittently occur from process equipment during normal operations" These emissions often occur due to leaks, equipment malfunctions, or other unintentional releases during production, storage, transportation, or use of gases or liquids. It can include a variety of pollutants, such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), hazardous air pollutants (HAPs), and greenhouse gases (GHGs). As per 3.3.22 in NFPA-30, excessive fugitive emissions might be an indication that a seal, packing, or gasket is leaking or otherwise in need of replacement. Reducing fugitive emissions might include regular maintenance and inspection of equipment, implementing leak detection and repair programs. #processengineering #environmentalsustainability #assetmanagement #assetintegrity #plant #performanceexcellence

Did you know that the United States boasts the world's largest fuel pipeline network? These pipelines are crucial for transporting oil, oil-related products, and other substances. However, prolonged use, corrosion, and weathering can lead to pipeline damage. Check out the article below to find out how BCI's innovative SC-3900 spray coating helps repair cracked or damaged pipelines and prevent harmful substances from escaping into the environment 👇 https://hubs.la/Q02p_2900

Hazardous Waste is dangerous and must be managed as such, but generators can manage three types of waste under the “Universal Waste” regulations – Batteries, Mercury-Containing Equipment, and Lamps. What differentiates the management for these three types of Hazardous Waste from all other types? Learn more at https://lnkd.in/g4YHsw8q

A well-managed water distribution network does not necessarily require high pressure. Effective pressure management is crucial to prevent several issues, including: -Pipe Damage: High pressure can lead to burst pipes and leaks, which increase maintenance costs. -Water Loss: Excessive pressure causes more water loss through leaks, wasting valuable resources. -Energy Costs: Maintaining high pressure requires more energy, leading to increased operational expenses. -Component Wear: High pressure accelerates wear on pumps, valves, and fittings, reducing their lifespan. Quality Issues: Fluctuating pressure can affect water quality, causing sediment resuspension and contamination.

Did you know? As a part of Vesco's used oil program, our driver's sample every load of used oil picked up. The oil is tested on site for halogen contamination to ensure it has not been mixed with hazardous waste. This sample is split, while one half stays with the customer, the other half is retained by Vesco for 30 days. This procedure allows us to protect customers who generate uncontaminated used oil in the event a hazardous constituent is detected when the oil is tested more extensively. Why should your facility be held responsible for someone else's mismanagement? When you choose Vesco to manage your used oil, this added value is standard.
