A dedicated website unveiled weeks prior had comprehensive details about the video game and the platforms where it would be available. The project's NFT collection had a total supply of 1888, offering the first NFT for free and the second for 0.0058 ETH, with a limit of 2 NFTs per wallet. 🧑🤝🧑 The Game-Changing Partnership: During its minting phase, BubbleRow dropped a bombshell – a partnership with Razer, a renowned gaming accessory manufacturer and sponsor of various esports teams. This news sent shockwaves through the community, boosting the floor price and trading volumes. The entire collection sold out rapidly, leading to a highly anticipated reveal. However, just ten minutes after the sell-out, the creators vanished without a trace. 🤔 The Aftermath: In a matter of moments, both BubbleRow's website and Twitter page were taken down, leaving investors perplexed and outraged. The abrupt rug pull raised questions about the responsibility of platforms like OpenSea, where BubbleRow was launched. 🚔 OpenSea's Role: BubbleRow utilized OpenSea's Launchpad for its NFT project, raising the critical query: Did OpenSea perform adequate due diligence before the launch? BLUR The team behind Blast Before the well-known Blast, this team had already made the leading NFT marketplace, beating OpenSea; and now, they are building the project, which claims to become the leader among Layer 2s. 💻$BLUR tokenomics: ▪️Circulating supply: ~1.191 billion BLUR ▪️Total Supply: 3 billion BLUR ▪️Current Market Cap: ~ $580 million ▪️Current price: ~ $0.5 ▪️ICO price: $0.651 ▪️All-time low: $0.1532 (Oct 12, 2023) ▪️All-time high: $45.98 (Feb 13, 2023) How did Blur beat OpenSea? Opensea was one of the first NFT marketplaces and remained a monopoly for a long time. This allowed them to charge a 2.5% fee on every trade, as well as forcing users to pay royalties to the creators of the collections. Blur entered the market with one of the highest-quality airdrops. Blur did not charge users any extra fees, while at the same time offering a more technologically advanced and user-friendly interface compared to OpenSea. As a result, Blur destroyed OpenSea in six months, outperforming it in terms of users and transactions. Opensea's NFT marketplace revenue dropped by 200x from $387 million in January 2022 to $1.9 million in November 2023. How to market play? Blur is the beta play for Blast. The Blast network will launch at the end of February. The team has skills in marketing and market making, so closer to the launch of Blast the BLUR price action should be hot. However, the price has not cooled down enough after the Blast announcement, and TVL is still increasing.

Is Opensea going under? What's the future of NFT Marketplace? OpenSea chief executive officer Devin Finzer has disclosed that the New York-based marketplace for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) is open to M&A opportunities. In an interview with DLNews, Finzer revealed that OpenSea has been charting new waters, openly expressing interest in acquiring and potentially being acquired, amid the fluctuating fortunes of the NFT world. "We think that if the right partnership comes along, then that’s something we should certainly consider," Finzer said in the interview. However, while acknowledging that OpenSea is receptive to such prospects, Finzer did not provide details on the timing or the interested parties. He also emphasized that currently, OpenSea is not pursuing an active search for buyers. Trichro-matic from renowned artist <a href="https://lnkd.in/er2r95_e">mountvitruvius</a> sold out at the 0.82 Dutch Auction rung and proceeded to be a heat-seeking missle as floors touched 2.2E while nearing 900E in volume. The beautiful outputs are a welcomed sight in conjunction with the recent uptick in market activity, as flippers and collectors of all kinds came out in droves to partake in the activity. Gordon Goner continued his recent spending spree on AdamBombSquad, Doodlez and DeadFellaz NFT's before splashing down with a 42E Meebits and 89E Azuki Spirit purchases. NFT floors once again lit up with green with BAYC bringing in a strong 4300E in volume and floors back to 32E. Azuki Elementals had another strong day with floors creeping back towards 0.7E while Meebits saw a 10% jump back above 1.3E. Overall Marketplace volume closed a hair under $20M for the 2nd consecutive day as the good times kept rolling along.
