It’s fascinating to really look at the people around you, and how you can impact their their lives so they can #energizeandthrive Sometimes, it’s a simple phrase: “Amanda, snap out of it” Sometimes, it’s an act of kindness: Bankers showing up to a community meeting, when it has been a rare occurrence to see them in the past. Sometimes, it’s a simple thought: Thinking about their perspective, when a person comes to you with a problem they may be afraid to talk about. It’s interesting, because it’s something you may not think about. As I wander through my journey here at #flagstar, and reach out to the community through my words and actions, I think of a few things. Most importantly, I look to enlighten myself through enlightening others so they can be energized to #takechargeandthrive.
