CEO of Greenway Health Sets Company on a Bold Path Dare I say...the EHR space is exciting again?! I know it sounds strange, but seriously, every EHR-maker seems to be announcing exciting new features and functions these days. Even better, EHR clients are genuinely looking forward to adopting these new capabilities. I recently had the opportunity to attend Greenway's annual user group meeting in Arlington TX. During the opening session CEO Pratap Sarker rewound the clock and made it feel like the days of Meaningful Use were back. On stage Pratap was animated and clearly excited. He also made several bold statements about the company's future plans. Here are just three of them: 🖥 "All new innovations from Greenway will be underpinned by generative AI moving forward" 🏆 "We want to be the most respected EHR on the market" 🥧 "We will be aggressively increasing our market share" Pratap's tone and level of enthusiasm reminded me of 2012 - they heyday of meaningful use. I had the opportunity to sit down with Pratap to get the substance behind his bold statements and why he so confident the team at Greenway can deliver for their clients. I completely enjoyed reading this! as a nursing student taking communications and informatics It’s genuinely exciting to see so many new features and functions being announced by EHR-makers, and it's reassuring that clients are eager to adopt these new capabilities.

These are most likely just fluff pieces. Before they dive headfirst in AI, they should fix their UX and not kill physicians by a thousand clicks.
