As a designer, there's nothing quite as satisfying as seeing an empty space transform into a vibrant, functional, and inspiring work environment. #PROJECTRAVEN has been an incredible journey, and we are excited to share the design story with you. The design phase was a whirlwind of ideas, mood boards, and endless color palettes.Every detail was carefully considered, from the ergonomic furniture to the ambient lighting. 🎨 The Creative Vision: From the very beginning, our goal was to create a space that would not only meet our client's needs but exceed their expectations. We envisioned an office that would ignite creativity, encourage collaboration, and reflect the company's unique identity. 💡The Concept: We drew inspiration from the company's core values and culture. Each design element was carefully curated to tell a story - from the color palette that evokes energy and innovation to the choice of materials that blend aesthetics with functionality. 📐 Space Planning: Efficiency was paramount. We meticulously planned the layout to optimize every square inch. Open workspaces encourage teamwork, while private areas offer focus and concentration. It's a delicate balance between form and function. 🛋️ Furniture Selection: Every piece of furniture was custom made to align with the design concept. Ergonomic chairs, collaborative workstations, creative work pods and even breakout areas all came together to create a harmonious and comfortable workspace. 🌿 Bringing the Outdoors In: Biophilic design plaved a significant role in our vision. Plants and natural elements were strategically placed throughout the office to promote well-being and connection to nature. 🖼️ Art & Branding: Artwork and branding elements were seamlessly integrated into the design. Custom graphics, motivational quotes, and company logos adorn the walls, reinforcing the company's identity 🌐 Sustainability: We opted for eco-friendly and locally sourced materials to reduce our carbon footprint. Tomorrow's workplaces are today's laboratories for sustainable design innovation. studio edwards has transformed 900 square metres of office space for Digital Agency, Today Design, into a zero-waste haven on Wurundjeri/Woiwurrung Country. From movable panels to modular furniture, every aspect of the design emphasises functionality and flexibility while minimising environmental impact. Recycled denim panels, magnets, and even recycled sail cloth screens showcase the studio's commitment to sustainability. Founder Ben Edwards explains, “As architects and designers, we must consider every project in terms of its impact on the environment.” And by prioritising sustainability and client collaboration, Studio Edwards has created a workspace that's not just eco-friendly but also adaptable to changing needs.
