In March, we kicked off a search for two new team members to join us here at Collaborative Fund as part of our two year associate program. After reviewing hundreds of incredible applicants, we are honored and humbled to have Amanda Amos and Matt Kaufman join us! Amanda joins us after graduating from Harvard Business School, where she interned with Emerson and Pear VC. Prior to business school, Amanda held various roles at Google, including Global Sustainability Marketing and Google Play Product Marketing. Amanda graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Political Science-Political Economy from the University of Pennsylvania. Matt joins us with a robust background in consulting and strategy. He has been with Bain & Company for nearly four years and prior worked in strategy and business development at Verdox and held a summer associate consultant position at Mars & Co. Matt earned his BA in Physics and Math with high honors from Harvard University. We recently shared our vision for the program: not just as a means to contribute to Collaborative Fund, but to vastly accelerate the career paths of our Associates in ways that sets this program apart. Our dedication to our Associates extends far beyond the two-year program – we're all about fostering lasting relationships and unlocking real opportunities through the experience and network gained here. We're beyond excited for Amanda and Matt to join us this week and help us take Collaborative Fund to new heights! 🚀🌟
