Do you want your employees kicking everything up a notch? A important part of the equation is celebrating their wins. Most managers and business owners do not do this effectively or nearly often enough. It is worth the time and effort to get really good at this.

Strategic Sales Executive | Growth Partner | Civic Entrepreneur | Improvisational Leader | Trusted Advisor | Actualized Possibilitarian
Knowing Where You’re Going “How do you know where you’re going unless you know where you came from?” was a question I first heard spoken aloud at a Griggs Family Reunion by my late cousin Jean Byrd Taylor. My cousin Jean led numerous teams and touched many a soul with her love, warmth and leadership. I have thought deeply about Jean’s admonition to her larger family about the importance of knowing who you are, what you’re made of and where you came from. There is great power & understanding in connection. I have used her words as a guiding light for my own journey and that of the teams I lead. We know who we are. We know where we came from. We have a singular Corporate Identity forged from the unique backgrounds, diverse skill sets and remarkable talents of 500 employees and business partners. We have built our distinctive corporate reputation by becoming Trusted Advisors to our Clients, enabling them to attain their own corporate goals. We know where we are going. We have established an attainable path to a key 2023 Sales Awards Goal and continued long term business growth. We have accomplished this as a Site Services Disruptor within the EPCM Industry, thereby unleashing innovation and creating value for our clients. It is a wonderful spectacle to see a team come together, find common ground and unite around a singular purpose. There are hiccups and speed humps along the way, but soon you see the outlines of a beautiful sunrise visible on the horizon, announcing itself as a new day dawning. Are we there yet? We are on the right path. “The work of fostering an atmosphere of candor, collaboration and problem-solving is never done.” I like to believe that cousin Jean would be proud of our team’s progress to date, while encouraging us to think bigger, to take that ‘next first step.’

Clients come in a variety of niche areas! Not all of them are nominated for Emmy’s and Golden Globe’s though. Exceptionally grateful for Ross Kimball and our work together! I feel like I have learned and implemented more from him than he probably has from me. This relationship is the epitome of a win-win!
