NEW TREND: Employee Recognition 🤝LinkedIn Employee recognition has been trending in the workplace for years but it’s now made its way to social media, specifically LinkedIn! The site recently unveiled its newest feature called ‘Kudos’ which enables users to recognize their colleagues and connections publicly on the social media site. Whether it’s praising a connection for going above and beyond or shouting out an amazing leader, this new feature is making it easier than ever to participate in recognition.
