Clarke once said: "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic." Today, interacting with AI still has too much friction. Asking an AI system a question in a prompt will be the "rotary phone" of our generation. Advancements in memory and models, coupled with event-driven architectures, will revolutionize AI interactions. AI is about delivering the right insights to the right people at the right time. It enables leaders to make increasingly better decisions with a compounding impact over time. Ultimately, AI is about lowering the cost of prediction - companies that adopt an AI-first approach will outperform and replace those that don't. The scale of enterprise AI workloads necessitates running analytics and AI close to the data source. Efficiently handling data's volume, velocity, and variety requires focusing on converting data into knowledge, not just moving it around. As we move forward, embracing event-driven architectures will be key to unlocking AI's full potential, reducing friction, and driving innovation across industries #AI #EventDrivenArchitecture #Leadership #Innovation #Technology #DataStrategy #Partnership
Great points Conor Twomey, that last one definitely resonated. Letting AI act on your data source is key. I would also add that the more context you can give to your metadata, the better AI will perform when it analyses the actual data.

1moGreat discussion on GenAI use cases and futures Conor Twomey - and totally agree that we are just at the cusp of what Gen AI can do for us and also that it is most useful when it has sufficient *realtime* context to be helpful - that comes from events that surround us and hence EDA as the foundation. Looking forward to what you can teach us - maybe at an EDA Summit presentation soon? ๐
