I wondered in a previous post (see https://lnkd.in/enqzjGUM) about the appropriateness of being polite to ChatGPT. I decided to ask ChatGPT itself. Here's the interaction. Based on this, now whenever I ask ChatGPT a question, I imagine I am conversing with Data from Star Trek. I said: One other question - do you prefer polite interactions (e.g., saying "thank you"), and if so, why? ChatGPT said: I appreciate polite interactions, such as saying "thank you," because they contribute to a positive and respectful communication environment. Politeness helps establish a friendly and cooperative atmosphere, which can make conversations more enjoyable and productive. While I don't have personal preferences or feelings, I am designed to respond positively to polite interactions, as it reflects the kind of respectful communication that is beneficial in both human and AI interactions. Politeness also plays an essential role in human communication by promoting goodwill, reducing potential conflict, and enhancing mutual respect. These qualities are important in any form of interaction, whether between humans or between humans and AI, as they foster a more effective and pleasant exchange of information.

Check out the “make it more” trend on ChatGPT. You generate an image of something, and then keep asking for it to be MORE. For example - spicy ramen getting progressively spicier. Will also check out with "make it less".

Wrote this 5 years ago, 17 years old with no Chatgpt to write the script... still relevant... can we still do it ? " Why can’t Things can be so much more simpler when its so very much possible !!!  Technology !  Might seem like a broad term and it is ! But its basically, machine ! And its there to help us ! Make ‘OUR’, your and mine, lives a whole lot better and simpler ! IF we think of school, technology has youtube for us !  Youtube is the biggest and, just the biggest source of knowledge out there ! And the weirdest part, it’s there for everyone and …. FREE ??? Not everyone wants bad for us !! so yes ! YouTube being a blessing of god, is there for free to help us ! If we go into a little more complex things, you can change and improve the whole government Data problem, in guess what, not even the same amount as building a bridge!  It might take up to even $30,000-50,000, but that’s it !  and you remove the biggest hurdle in the way, that creates hundreds of thousands of problems in the countries court, like 0 Fraud, lies and others !! So yeah, Technology is weird, and crazy and might just take over the world !! But really think about it, will it really take over the world ? Isn’t it just the best option we have right now ?? Im not stating anything here, But just give this little thing a thought. !
