Did you know we offer sessions for Baby, Toddler, Preschool, Afterschool clubs and event school sessions? Each age group are taught very differently however, all the classes are very active involving exercise for the parent/carer as well as for the baby/child. Many exercises are enjoyed together, some with the use of props such as scarves, hoops, gym ball, puppets etc. All using lots of rhyme, songs and music. In my FLYoga Kids classes I encourage creativity by asking kids to invent their version for an exercise.
Encouraging kids to invent exercises is built in the lesson plans graduates get.
That's one invented by Adi.

How are you easing your summertime stressors? 🌞
For me, it's all about #'s 4, 8 & 9! I never go anywhere without my H2O 💧, staying hydrated is key. I also stick to a strict bedtime and wake-up routine, my goal is 7 hours of sleep 🛏️ every night. My go-to activity? Pilates! 🧘♀️ I try to get in at least 3 sessions a week.

"Better late than never, right? So, I've been so lost in my thoughts that I totally spaced out on March being Pilates month - upsie! But hey, better late to the Pilates party than never, am I right? 😄 Anyway, I'm diving into this Pilates Tribe thing.
So, as I was saying, my ADHD always has me running fashionably late - even with my posts! But hey, let's kick things off with my absolute favorite - the 20 #sidekick! (I knowwwww today should be the 24)
Now, for all you Mat Pilates class regulars, you know what's up when I say SIDEKICK! It's my go-to move, giving me that perfect core sensation and activating all those hip muscles. But let's be real, adjusting that hip bone, aka the major trochanter, is a bit like playing musical chairs - finding the right spot ain't always comfy! 😅 But stick with it, and as you keep hunting for that two-way stretch and that oh-so-smooth kinetic lateral connection, it all starts clicking.
I won't bore you with a deep dive into anatomy 'cause, let's face it, who wants to get bogged down in nerd talk when we could be movin' and groovin'? But hey, if you're ever curious about the mechanics behind the moves, just give me a shout! Analyzing movement is my jam, and I'm always down for a geek-out session!"
