My Strategic Excellence Coaching process is comprehensive. It includes an annual 2-day strategic planning/planning session. We document your core ideology, BHAG, strategy, 3 Year Highly Achievable Goal, annual initiatives, quarterly priorities and metrics all on a One Page Strategic Plan. The process is ongoing … evaluate, plan, execute, and start again by evaluating, planning then executing. It's an effective cycle that fosters continuous improvement and sustainable growth. I am Dr John Phillip “All forms of strategic planning are about thinking that positions an individual or organisation at an advantage vis a vis the environment. It is therefore imperative to understand thinking. What is thinking?. In everyday parlance, thinking can be viewed as a process of using ones’ brain power. The brainpower is used to produce or create a desired effect. The desired effect could be in the present or future scenarios. The brainpower is used to conceptually, holistically, and analytically assess a situation or situations. The situation or situations assessed could be in the past, present or future. The intention of thinking is therefore to produce or create a desired effect in the present or future. In the process of producing or creating a desired effect in the present or future, one takes a position. The position taken may or may not lead to action. Thinking, therefore, could be perceived as taking a position vis a vis problem solving and decision making. We believe stability of a society is dependent on a strong family culture and structure. Most of the social ills that we experience in our society today are a result of the breakdown of the family institution. We are seeking solutions to this challenge. One of our contributions as BBTI in an effort to support national efforts is to strengthen the family through starting families and individuals off on the path of individual and family strategic planning process. We can conduct strategic planning start off sessions on agreed Saturdays 11 am to 4 pm at BBTI. If you are an individual or family, please indicate your preferred Saturday. The cost will be purchase of the family strategic planning book which is a practical guide manual that costs 250 Pula and 500 Pula registration fee. We can only run these sessions provided there are enough persons/ families interested in order to make it viable. We can also run these sessions online.
