Job titles do not tell us about the breadth and depth of your experience. - Include all relevant positions and/or experience in your application. - If multiple positions were held, list each position separately as an individual entry. For example, Social Worker I, II, III would be listed as three different job entries. - Don't use acronyms or slang. The Latest Newfoundland's Job Market Analysis (cont…) 🚀 Today, as I continued my analysis of the job market in Newfoundland and Labrador, I uncovered some intriguing patterns. 🌎 Initially, I focused on the geographical distribution of job opportunities, using a Job Density Map to identify the key areas. Surprisingly, I found two primary centers: St. John's and Labrador. 😅 Labrador's prominence in job opportunities was unexpected and piqued my curiosity. (Image 1 🏕 ) 🌐 Digging deeper, especially in the St. John's area, I noticed that while St. John’s itself had the highest job density, nearby areas like Mount Pearl and Paradise also showed significant opportunities. This nuanced view of job distribution was enlightening. (Image 2 🏝 ) 🏔 Then, inspired by a recent class, I decided to apply HDBScan to my analysis. 🤔 This method highlighted the concentration of jobs in St. John’s, marked by vibrant red and orange dots on the map. These clusters illustrated the geographic spread of job opportunities, while the 😮 black dots, representing outliers, indicated unique jobs in more remote locations. (Image 3 🏜 ) 🌋 And then, I turned to text analysis, implementing LDA for job requirement analysis, cuz I wanted to know the nature of these jobs. The model identified five topics. I will explain the 1st topic briefly and leave others for your reference. (Image 4 🏞 ) 🗻 For topic 1, it seems to revolve around positions that require a degree of responsibility and coordination, likely in an administrative or managerial capacity 😎 . The presence of words like "assistant," "program," "manager," and "officer" suggests roles that may involve oversight, planning, and execution of various programs or projects. 🗻 The terms "health" and "safety" indicate a possible focus on roles related to health and safety management, while "training" and "services" might imply roles in the service industry or corporate training domains. "Valid license" suggests jobs that require certification or specific qualifications. And that's pretty much where I am at right now. And that question comes again, where are the CS jobs? and how can we prepare ? 😅 #nljobmarket

How much local, state, and federal funding, tax credits, or other government benefits or incentives did the project receive? 2. What is the affordability period for each project? Is the affordability period permanent and in perpetuity? 3. What guarantees exist have your local, state, and federal government officials obtained in writing that rents will not go up or that tenants will not be displaced or evicted after the "affordability period expires?
