Sometimes you reach out to people as a journalist and you don't expect to get the kind of empowering response you do. This was a fun article to write. And it wouldn't have happened without the power of the internet. All three of us in totally different locations across the country. My latest story from The Business News, Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions settles in to western Wisconsin location Many thanks to Cara Stein Corley for going above and beyond to help me get this article written (and reviewed). She connected me to Darin Clause who holds his words and action close to his heart and it really truly shows how much he cares about his employees. After talking to both of them the folks at both, and now former, Advanced Laser and Tenere are assuredly in good hands. Why is this acquisition a big deal? Because now two companies in Wisconsin have assets to a larger North American playing field and the value that brings to Wisconsin is massive. Simply because it means, the state is in the realm of serving more than 40 Fortune 500 customers with four locations across the Western Wisconsin area.
