You get to the finish line with a great team. I'm enormously proud of and grateful to the technology team at Intermountain Health for all their accomplishments in the last few years to improve care for patients and enhance the efficiency and experience for our caregivers. It's not easy work, but it's been vital work. Being the Chief Digital & Information Officer at both SCL Health and then Intermountain Health has been a great privilege and honor. I want to reflect on some of what the team has accomplished over the last few years: - Consolidating 9 EMRs to one with Epic - Achieved a 10 Gold Star Rating on our current Epic platform ranking in the top 3% in the nation - Moving from multiple ERP systems to one with Workday - Standardizing to a single contact center tech stack with Salesforce, Genesys, and Hyro - Combined multiple ServiceNow environments to a single instance - Deployed digital assets to improve patient access and experience with Kyruus Health and Zocdoc - Transitioned multiple Microsoft and Google cloud environments to one with Microsoft Azure - Deployed Qualtrics to the enterprise for patient, caregiver and provider engagement - Initiated dozens of AI initiatives including ambient listening, virtual nursing and other digital assistants - And more... When I consider all that has been accomplished, it is the right time to find the next challenge, a new starting line. It's always sad to leave one place, but the team at Intermountain Health is top notch and I'm so grateful to have served. These are exciting times for all of us in healthcare IT. I want to thank the many partners who work in this space that are so valuable to the successes we've had but mostly to the people, the caregivers who commit and contribute to the mission each and every day.

A great leader recognizes their team. But the team knows they got there because of the great leader. Congratulations to you! As one of many who was privileged to work for you, I'm so excited for this next phase and jealous! So bold! Those of us doing this work know how hard it is to accomplish what you've done here! Bravo.

My role model and friend! Thank you for all your contributions at Intermountain and SCL and for your partnership and support of Hyro. Super proud of what we have accomplished together. One of my favorite highlights: first QBR after we deployed our AI assistant at the first call center - I showed you the incredible savings we are generating for Intermountain - your first reaction - "this is great, but how did we positively affect the patients and their experience"? It's inspiring how you always have both sides in mind and how you keep pushing us to be better. I can't wait to see what you do next 💖

Craig, Thank you for caring about those who provide care. Thank you for recognizing the human need for openness and communication. You chose to equip yourself with the same tools as everyone else, which gave you better insight into the needs of the average caregiver. Your words speak volumes about your character and dedication, but your actions speak even louder and are on display for all to see. Thank you for being the leader many of us needed and for becoming a friend and taking an interest in me as a person. It has been an honor to work for and with you, and an even greater privilege to learn from you. Take care of yourself and continue to exemplify what it means to be a true leader. 🙌

Craig, best wishes on your next chapter and glad I got to be witness to the amazing leadership you provided to your healthcare teams and the results certainly show. Also glad to say I was part of your Google journey from the beginning and through the C19 days. But those lunches at Bad Daddy's will always make me think "Craig Richardville's Go To" for life. Enjoy and keep making those memories :)
