The African Bullfrog 🐸 During breakfast this morning, I found myself thinking about my childhood days at Launching Pad (daycare or preschool). A very clear memory surfaced of the day my best friend and I discovered an African Bullfrog in the sandpit. It was a curious and fascinating experience, leading us to assist the caretaker in digging the bullfrog out of its hole for relocation. The bullfrog had to be relocated as it posed a potential threat in the sandpit, where all the kids played. For most 5-6 year olds, the African Bullfrog was the stuff of nightmares... lol! One valuable lesson from this random memory is that these recollections often surface to teach us something or provide food for thought. Key points: 🐸 4 eyes discovered the frog! 🐸 6 hands tackled the task for relocation! Naturally, I asked myself, 'How do I apply this memory to how I deal with clients?' The interpretation: 💭 Building trust and a good rapport with clients is crucial! Much like a strong friendship that develops over time, curiosity and collaboration can lead to a sense of assurance. I aim to support my clients and explore ways to enhance their current business environment. Through teamwork and collaboration, I am confident that successful changes can be implemented, ensuring the client continues to enjoy an excellent customer journey experience! #collaboration #remaincurious #teamwork #customerjourneyexperience

Let's take time to reflect on the experiences of those dealing with visual impairments and what we can do to make our workplaces and the world more accessible.️ 🌎 Here are a few things you might not know about braille: ⬇️ - Braille is an alphabet, not a language. 🔤 It also referred to as a "code" because it includes numbers and symbols. It can be used to write in any language, including English, Spanish, French, and Chinese. - There are two main versions of braille. Grade 1, includes the alphabet and some punctuation, and grade 2, includes contractions and abbreviations commonly used in English. - Not all blind people use braille. 🙅♀️ Some people prefer audiobooks or other assistive technology. Others without vision may not have learned braille due to a lack of availability or alternative methods of reading and writing. - Braille can also be used to write music. 🎶 There is a braille music notation system for reading and writing music for the blind. - Braille has played a significant role in the history of accessibility and the rights of people with disabilities. 🙌 It has helped blind individuals to become more independent and has expanded opportunities for education and employment.
