Three key take-aways from last night's Entrepreneur Stories hosted by Banyan Workspace: 1. Culture is critical to successful scaling. 2. Cut toxic people out of your organization as quickly as you can. 3. You have to be all in. But when you fail (and you will), cut your losses and learn from the experience. It was fascinating to hear Diego Dultzin Lacoste's On The List growth story and the parallels with my own in such a different industry.
