For years, many of us have avoided conversations that revolve around college degrees. Not having a 4-year degree can make one feel like they're not worthy or capable. Being a hybrid employee has it's perks! Today was one such perk where we worked in the office decorated our GTO neighborhood, had impromptu meetings, hugged co-workers, met new GTO team members, laughed, solved problems and felt fulfilled!
