🎓 Excited to share that I have graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration, achieving First Class with Distinction! 🌟 Reflecting on these transformative three years, I realize how much I've grown both personally and professionally. 📈 Despite the long commutes and hours spent waiting for buses, I stayed enthusiastic and actively participated in all college activities, and not only participated i lead them.💃 From participating in and leading numerous events, I've discovered the power of teamwork, the importance of leadership, and the impact of resilience.💯 Each challenge was a stepping stone, shaping me into a more proactive and solution-oriented individual.💁♀️ Coming from a rural area and traveling 5 hours daily was no easy feat.🚌 Balancing bus schedules, event timings, and academics was challenging, but it shaped me into who I am today.👩🏫 Balancing the need to be home before nightfall for my parents with the demands of punctuality from my professors, this journey has been nothing short of amazing. (learnt time management in the most practical way 😂) I've learned to manage tight budgets for socializing with friends and to build strong relationships with classmates.🤝 These past three years have pushed me out of my comfort zone, teaching me invaluable lessons in people management, resilience, and seizing every opportunity.✅️ From late-night study sessions to dynamic classroom discussions, each moment has been a stepping stone toward this achievement.📊 The journey was not just about academic achievements, but about embracing opportunities to innovate and drive change. How do we learn to make more meaningful professional choices, and develop a more purposeful leadership❓ 💡 The Companionship for a Purposeful Career program, an optionnal course for graduating sutdents of HEC Paris, offers an interesting answer : by conversing with an alumnus not as a mentor and a mentee, but as a Companions who face the same never ending challenge of attempting to discern the most meaninfgul way foward. As I eagerly prepare to embark on my second semester tomorrow, I find myself reflecting on this transformative journey. The first semester was extraordinary in every sense. It was a whirlwind of classes, networking events, and invaluable learning opportunities. Beyond the classroom, I've been fortunate to meet some truly inspiring individuals, from professors who challenge and motivate, to talented peers who have become close friends. The supportive environment at Carlson has been instrumental, in fostering a space where growth and learning thrive. An integral part of my experience was engaging with the Reaching Out MBA community. My journey through the MSc International Management program at the University of Bath has been a transformative experience, marked by academic rigor, practical challenges, and significant personal growth. The program's well-rounded curriculum and the various opportunities to engage in real-world business problems have been instrumental in shaping my management skills and global business perspective. The Future Business Challenge was one of the first significant milestones in my MSc journey. This challenge brought together students from diverse backgrounds, encouraging us to collaborate and develop innovative solutions to pressing global business issues. The challenge not only honed our analytical and problem-solving skills but also emphasized the importance of teamwork and effective communication. Another cornerstone of my MSc journey was the MSc Consulting Projects. These projects allowed us to step into the shoes of management consultants, working closely with actual clients to address their business challenges. I had the opportunity to work on a project for a mid-sized enterprise looking to expand its market presence internationally. Collaborating with my team, we developed a comprehensive market entry strategy that was well-received by the client. This hands-on experience was invaluable, as it bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, preparing me for a career in management consulting. The program also included a series of modules designed to deepen our understanding of various aspects of international management. Courses such as Global Business Strategy, International Marketing, and Cross-Cultural Management provided a solid academic foundation. These modules were complemented by guest lectures from industry professionals, which offered insights into current trends and challenges in the global business landscape. The faculty at the University of Bath known for their expertise and research, were always supportive and encouraged critical thinking and innovation. One of the most rewarding aspects of the MSc program was the diverse cohort of students. Interacting with peers from different cultural and professional backgrounds enriched my learning experience and broadened my global outlook. As I reflect on my MSc International Management journey, I am grateful for the comprehensive education and the myriad of experiences that have prepared me for a successful career in the global business arena.
