The Crittenden Report’s Post

Freshly back from the Moderating the "How Underwriting Practices Have Evolved for Market Distress" panel at the Crittenden Multifamily Conference. I've Moderated/Spoken on many panels like this one. This one was special for the honesty and knowledge delivered. I want to thank Bruce Fraser, Mark Allen, and especially Doug Esteves for sitting in with me. Everyone did a great job but, Doug really did a great job shedding light on the current market. I really do recommend coming to the Crittenden Research Multifamily Conference next year. It is a little more intimate than most of the conferences so you get to have as many meaningful conversations as you want.
