Telecom network data can be static, dynamic, accurate, and defragmented. However, it is more common than you think for network data to be inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, missing, incorrect, corrupt, or fragmented. Thankfully, no matter what state your data is in, Pulse Telecom can capture, validate and import it into its Network IMS. The emphasis is on validation, because nobody wants a “rubbish-in, rubbish-out” system.

This is a great article that celebrates just how far location accuracy in 9-1-1 has come. It is exciting times ahead too with #NextGen tech around the corner. We consider NextGen essential, it's an absolute no-brainer! However, in the world of #EmergencyResponse it is not the silver bullet we all hope it would be... EmergencyLocate is based in Scotland, UK, where we are fortunate enough to have had access to NextGen emergency data for many years now, and it does a great job most of the time. We consider NextGen tech, in respect to caller location, as a 'push' service, in that location data is pushed to 999/911 from the device when an emergency call is made. The EmergencyLocate platform is built around a 'pull' capability; We 'pull' location from a device when you need it. We are not saying one is better than the other, but we are saying you need to be able to 'push' and 'pull'! You see, the ability to have location data 'pushed' to you depends on things like the compatibility of the device making the call, or that the GPS accuracy is good enough when the data is transmitted. Not to mention the fact that a not-insignificant number of emergency calls are from a third party reporting an emergency at a location other than where the call is made from. As those of us within 999 / 9-1-1 will know all to well, our most frequent callers are the other blue-light services and agencies in our area, and guess what.... If Fire take a call with AML/ELS data and then ring EMS/Medics to request there attendance, the location data is lost and has to be verbally described. This can lead to inaccuracies and ultimately responders not arriving in the correct location. By having access to a system that can 'pull' location data you can then ask any device, at any time, where it is! With EmergencyLocate this is a 'digital' conversation between our systems and the device in question; If your caller can't speak, or there is a communication barrier, that's not an issue for us.. We don't need your caller to be able to talk, at all! There's nothing for them to download either. Our solutions have been crafted meticulously to work alongside your existing systems and processes. We're here to help. If you'd like to learn more or arrange a demo, then head over to our website or send a DM, I'll get right back to you. https://buff.ly/4aaJaWC
