Today, at ISSCC 2024, I will present our paper on a low power UWB RX achieving high linearity. UWB applications are being widely deployed to track our bags at airport and for keyless car entry etc. However, because of the increased blocker challenges due to WiFi and 5G, their linearity needs to be significantly increased at low power and supply. In this work, we propose two techniques to increase linearity of the RF front-end of the UWB RX at low power and supply. This paves way for further proliferation of UWB applications that can be deployed into mobile and IoT devices. imec imec the Netherlands
