Partner prioritization is resource prioritization. Every organization has certain goals to hit with a certain amount of resources. The more you're investing uniformly across every partner, the less you have to invest the partners who will actual deliver value. To start, focus primarily on the partners that can actually generate an ROI. They become the mold for a successful prtner program. They're the ones that are meeting your Ideal Partner Profile criteria. And vice versa. You'll have time to build out tiers and self-serve mechanisms for partner enablement later. But to start, focus on the partners who matter to you -- and for whom you matter to them.

I have spent a lot of time helping my own teams and Partners sell a wide range of solutions, but we sometimes forget to be really Partner centric when developing Partner enablement. Just took a look at all Closed Won deals from H1 Here are 3 types of proposals that are getting done... With the highest closing percentage Are yall seeing the same? 1./ CEO #1 Priority - Notice I didn't say "CEO top 3 priority" or "Top 5"? Companies are willing to invest to support the CEO's #1 priority. Other than that, it may be hard selling out there if you are attached to #6 priority. 2./ Cost Take Out - Shelfware continues to be an issue for most companies. Finding creative ways to repurpose shelfware into solutions that drive incremental value are proposals that CFOs are supporting all day. 3./ Rip & Replace - Tech stack bloat continues to be an issue for most companies. Companies are looking for ways to consolidate tech to eliminate duplicate spend. ✅ Bonus points if you can show savings over time in your proposal. Im not saying that these are the ONLY way you are going to sell anything, Im just saying these types of deals are the ones that have the highest win rates. What are yall seeing out there?
