Last week I shared some insight into how we refocused and shifted our mindset internally, with the mantra “For the People”. Yet, the real impact lies in the external effect. Dealing with large companies can be so frustrating! I’ve personally experienced countless unpleasant phone conversations with a call center representative. Or, you tell me in the comments, what was the longest you ever waited on hold with one company or the other? That’s why it's important to me that the interactions with Cubitac contribute positively to your day. Whether it's a warm greeting or a salesperson going above and beyond, our goal remains the same, to ensure each moment is “For the People”, centered around you! To achieve this we’ve implemented programs and initiatives, previously discussed, to take the headache off the end user and the dealers. Our Customer Care allows for a one phone call solution, getting things done without the hassle of running after dealers, and dealers running after us. The Cubitac Mobile Team that leads this initiative, focuses on both the dealers and the end users. They provide display management & setup care for the dealers, and will come down to do the repairs and replacements for the end users as well. Moreover, our unlimited colors and customizations ensure that every customer can create their desired kitchen without compromise. I recently came across a post by Joel Freund, where he compared customer service and the customer experience, noting that the customer experience is proactive, and customer service is reactive. This resonated deeply with me! At Cubitac, we aim to incorporate a superior customer experience, from the first phone call to every subsequent interaction. Regardless of questions or challenges that arise, our goal is to evoke feelings of positivity and productivity. Ultimately, it's about embodying 'For the People' in every possible way, ensuring that your journey with Cubitac is nothing short of exceptional."
