It was an illuminating session arranged by leadership Chronicles and previlaged to share the wisdome & insights of Mr K V Kamath and my take aways are: Regarding Gender diversity and female in leadeship role, it is just our " Mental blockage not Physical" to think that a particular role can be done by male only which is just perception, donot exist in reality anywhere. The mantra to be agile even during late 70's is to be continuous learner and ofcourse not counting the retirement date of brain as 60, it's just a mind game. A strong message to the young bankers to be aware, keen, having required skill set and maintain pace with technology and at last Mr. Kamat has striongly recommended a book named" Thinking fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman" to live a balanced life.
