Becoming a social worker, psychiatrist, or any type mental health professional is expensive. School is costly and can require taking on debt. Mandatory internships are often unpaid. Obtaining (and maintaining) licensing is costly. All this adds up to a lack of representation. We're looking to rebalance the budget.
