Meet Michael Fox, one of our dedicated engineers at AdvancTEK’s Concord, NC site, supporting our entire plastics division! Growing up on a farm, Michael developed a strong mechanical foundation and a knack for creative problem-solving. His journey into plastic engineering began after his first semester of college, realizing it was a perfect fit for his talents. From starting as a molding technician to his current position, Michael’s career has spanned various roles including junior engineer, tooling engineer, and injection molding development engineer. His extensive experience in high-precision molding, robotics, vision systems, and large tonnage parts has made him an invaluable asset to our team. Michael says, "My work at CVG is a combination of all my past experiences, built into one position, making for a very rewarding experience."
