See how #TeamCVS is making this a reality ➡️ 👋 Meet CVS Pharmacy store associate Kevin Kan – The face and heart of one of our busy and bustling New York City stores, whose friendly attitude and willingness to help goes a long way to make our customers feel welcome. 🔍 Kevin was one of the first attendees of our Workforce Initiatives Abilities training program in New York City in 2014, which offers #SkillDevelopment and immersion opportunities to help individuals of all abilities overcome barriers to employment. ❤️ Ten years later, Kevin is thriving in his role as a store associate, where he brings his heart – and a smile – to the job every day. This #DisabilityPrideMonth, and all year-round, we’re thankful for colleagues like Kevin!

That’s why #TeamCVS member and retired UH-60 Helicopter Crew Chief Rafael Lopez II is on another kind of mission – to help military personnel find meaningful employment at companies like CVS Health. See how ⬇️   🏅 Skillbridge, through the United States Department of Defense, allows service men and women to train in a position for 12 weeks at companies like CVS Health before they retire from service.   🧠 Through the program, and with the support of colleagues like Rafael, service members can transfer the skills they acquired in the Armed Forces to a fulfilling career.   👩 Meet Roxanne Lyons, a 22-year Air Force veteran and SkillBridge graduate, who joined our Enterprise Resilience team last year and now helps monitor for hazards that could impact colleagues, assets and business operations.    We’re thankful for our colleagues who are committed to building bridges that benefit our amazing military men and women. A stable and meaningful #Career can help people prioritize their health, which is why we're investing in programs that eliminate barriers to #Employment and empower community members, like Romeo Spears. ⤵️   🎉 This month, we announced the opening of two new Workforce Innovation and Talent Centers (WITCs) and one Community Resource Center in Oklahoma City, OK alongside Oklahoma Department of Human Services and Work Ready Oklahoma.   🧩 Combining workforce training programs and critical health resources, our centers aim to support employment opportunities and improved health outcomes across the country.   ❤️ Romeo, an Oklahoma City native, attended a Work Ready Oklahoma session and through our program is now working as a pharmacy technician at a local CVS Pharmacy, supporting his community directly with their health and well-being.
