If you know me so well,or you ask around about me,you'll know I love to share stories that spotlight the beauty in volunteering. I recently thought about how I've not been so loud on how big I am on organizations investing in the volunteers. I am certain if One Voice Initiative for Women and Children Emancipation (OVIWCE) and GoldHeart Foundation for Teens and Orphans did not invest so much in me like this the story will be different. I've volunteered for a minimum of 10 organisations,but these two stand out always,I hope you know why now? Dear founder,PM as you kick off your activities this year,include it in your organisation's work plan,strategy, or vision to invest in your volunteers at least once in 2 months.
