I've battled throughout my career as an analytical chemist. Apart from the more obvious challenges of having to triple check any data entered in manually as I do transposed numbers especially when tired, my strengths of strategic, context and connectedness meant I could see the direction that the organisation I was working for was going and how, and to a certain extent, when it would fail. Being a highly engaged employee I would engage management in order to intervene and correct course. Unfortunately those attempts were ignored or created offence where none was intended. And I seem not to learn from that as I keep believing in the good in other people however misguided that might be. And this is why I'm creating D'Nial and Sleuthdog, for those #ceos and #executives that truly want their companies and organisations to succeed I'm available to observe, evaluate and engage all levels - you'll be amazed who can have important ideas that will make your company thrive, all they need is someone who will listen to understand. #thrive #success
