Someone who thrives in a factory-focused role, managing a team and working closely with customers. As they scale up their operations to meet increasing demand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager. You’ll oversee daily operations, optimise processes, and ensure efficient workflow. This role is critical to their growth strategy and requires a leader who can implement best practices, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement across all operational functions.
