DAAR Engineering, Inc. is proud to be a part of the I-39/90/94 Wisconsin River Bridge project. We were honored to be chosen as the design lead for replacing the existing I-39 bridges over the Wisconsin River and associated roadway. The purpose of this project is to address the needs of the aging I-39/90/94 structures and maintain vehicular traffic across the Wisconsin River in the towns of Dekorra and Caledonia in Columbia County. WisDOT Secretary Thompson was proud to join Senator Baldwin earlier today and break ground for the I-39/90/94 Wisconsin River bridge project in Columbia County. This project received an $80 million federal grant from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. The Wisconsin River Bridge is past its service life and will be rebuilt over the next three years. The six-lane bridge carries up to 90,000 vehicles per day during the summer and more than $100 billion of goods cross the structure annually.
