Hey there, I want to ask you a leadership question. Have you ever equated your identity as a leader with your performance as a leader? Do you find yourself leading in a certain way in order to get someone's approval, or to impress, or to demonstrate power or authority? Have you noticed that you're comparing yourself to other leaders and trying to imitate them? Does how you see yourself swinging up and down based on how people respond to your leadership? You see, the reality is that you are the only you that God will ever create. That means your leadership style and approach won't be like any other leader in history. The more you can understand your unique leadership identity, the more authentic and effective your leadership will be.
