Brands should ask themselves 2 big questions when targeting price-conscious shoppers: 1. Is your assortment dialed in for value? Many Amazon consumers are looking for value, even as they discover new brands. If you're only playing in the "better" and "best" categories, it's worth considering a sub-product line at a lower price point appealing to this demographic. 2. Have you considered bundling? Bundling is an effective strategy to convey value while maintaining higher average selling prices. It’s a win-win. Customers perceive greater value, and you take less of a margin hit by optimizing unit costs. Aligning your strategy with the needs of value-conscious shoppers is key. #EcommeceStrategy #ConsumerTargeting #Bundling

I agree—focusing on what customers value helps build better strategies. Offering affordable options and smart bundles can attract more shoppers without compromising too much on profit. Dan Brownsher
