Please take a moment to read this amazing article by Renee DeMay, Ansys Chief of Staff to the CEO and executive sponsor of the Ansys Pride Alliance Employee Resource Group. Renee is kicking off Pride Month at Ansys by announcing our theme this year, health and wellbeing in the queer community, as well as demonstrating some of the statistics that motivate this focus. She also lays out the many ways our colleagues at Ansys can get involved in social and learning activities throughout the month of June. Check it out, and Happy Pride! 🏳️🌈 #pridemonth #lifeatansys

Ansys #PrideMonth was a smashing success! Please take some time to read about all the wonderful activities we organized this month. The Ansys Pride Alliance employee resource group is comprised of amazing LGBTQIA+ employees and allies, and because of them we were able to celebrate our LGBTQIA+ colleagues for being their authentic selves at work. This place is truly special 😊🌈 #LifeAtAnsys #ONEAnsys

Pride Month is upon us! Please take a few moments to read this heartfelt and insightful blog by Ansys Pride Alliance co-sponsor David Firth. He talks about allyship, parenting, and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, both within his own family as well as throughout Ansys. I am proud to work for a company that uplifts the queer community every day—not just during June. I believe we live up to our core value of Be You, and I'm excited for all the wonderful activities we have on the horizon! #LifeAtAnsys #AnsysPrideMonth #Pride2024

Check out my brother’s work at Sandia National Laboratory, now published in Nature Computstional Science! He’s helping advance clean energy discoveries at this critical time for our planet and species. Extremely proud of you Matthew Witman!
Excited that our team effort (with Anuj Goyal, Stephan Lany, Tadashi Ogitsu, and Tony McDaniel from Sandia National Laboratories, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and National Renewable Energy Laboratory) on using defect graph neural networks to predict/discover materials for high temperature, clean energy applications is now published in Nature Computational Science. Really happy with the end product and even more enthused to extend the work in a variety of directions. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to discuss. Big thanks to referees and editors from Springer Nature Group that helped improve the manuscript along the way. We had such an amazing Pride Month at Ansys! Our LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies came together in many ways; we educated ourselves, worked on career development, reflected on health and wellbeing, baked and ate, stayed active, and socialized with one another. Renee DeMay was our champion as always :) So thankful to work for a company that values our community and actively uplifting us. Many great things to come!

Thank you to the 200+ people who joined us both in-person and virtually earlier this week for our panel discussion in celebration of #InternationalWomensDay. The panel discussion, which was organized by the Ansys #WomenInTech Employee Resource Group (ERG), included our very own Mary Beth Clay, Lisa Policastri, Owner, COO, and Principal Engineer at Space Exploration Engineering, and Caitlin Marsh, the Strategic Intelligence Manager at Ball Aerospace. The panelists shared their thoughts on the way ERGs can positively impact company culture and support career growth and advancement in the workplace. They also spent time addressing exciting industry trends within the aerospace, defense, and technology industries. THANK YOU to everyone who joined us, and all of our event organizers. It was such an inspirational event. #LifeAtAnsys #IWD2023

From developing technical skills in software development, to assuming the role of scrum master, to co-leading our global Pride Allince Employee Resource Group, I cannot express how thankful and lucky I am to work with such inspiring people at a world-class simulations company. Excited for the road ahead!
