OEMs today no longer commit resources to qualify processes as they did during 1990s. Material suppliers and fabricators are burdened and on the hook for transparency and convincing data backed by warranty. This is unfortunate and contrary to collaborative sharing of risks. Don't wait for conferences to present good stuff. Timing is critical for the US PWB Supply Base.
