I’ve had my fair share of unreadable emails. Verbose. Stuffy. Unnecessarily polite. Ultimately devoid of any value. I’m sure you’ve faced this as well. Not only with emails. We have plenty empty content going around. Click-bait will lure you into an article and then you ask yourself: '𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘢𝘮 𝘐 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨?' 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱, 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀. Both written and spoken. If you’re an employee you need to get your ideas across and showcase your work the right way, to effectively get ahead in the organization. To get the work done. If you’re a Founder or Entrepreneur, you will need to pitch, to sell, to hire. 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. And if you use use AI to write for you, you’re doing yourself a BIG disservice. Again, 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴. And thinking is the exercise of the brain, which gets atrophied unless you train it regularly. When you use AI regularly to get your writing done. You’ll become 𝗹𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿. Who’s really speaking? How much do you oversee and edit the result? It might sound good on paper. But think of your reader. 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗢𝗨 🫵? What will happen when you meet in person and you can’t use AI to talk face to face? How big will be the difference between your “AI Voice” and your real voice? 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗺? How much more or less like you will you sound? 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁? Writing is hard. But it is so in the best way possible. It’s the “simplest”, most effective way for you to grow. To become who you want to be. To get where you want to be. So please. 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗜. Use it as you would google. Because that’s really all it is; the greatest search engine and summarizer ever created. But 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴. Do the 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. Do the 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴.

I recommend implementing this tip to improve your content writing service. My routine was writing on paper, deleting, rewriting, and staring at the paper with frustration. ChatGPT sucks for writing blog content. It is a great writing assistant though. Use this prompt to take your content to the next level 👇 Whenever I’m working on a piece of content that needs an extra oomph, I ask ChatGPT how to improve it. As simple as that. You can upload a PDF with your article, or link to an already existing blog post, and then prompt it with something like the following: “Tell me how I can make this article more informative and actionable for my audience. Please give me 10 detailed tips on how to do so.” I found that asking for a predetermined number of tips usually yields the best results. Of course, be more specific if you want to achieve a certain result, or you have doubts about a specific part of the piece. My first LinkedIn post took me 5 hours to write. Today's post only took 20 minutes. I went from spending 300 minutes to just 20. Here's my easy 3-step process for writing LinkedIn posts: 1. Think of everything you want to say.   - Decide what to write about and how to organize it.   - Don't worry about perfect grammar.   - Write long sentences and paragraphs. 2. Research and add important points.   - Look at examples for inspiration.   - Ask ChatGPT for more information.   - Read related blogs on Google. 3. Make it easy for readers to understand.   - Cut out unnecessary parts.   - Change long sentences to short ones.   - Use bullet points, symbols, and check grammar. Its a three-step framework Identify your topic, who your audience is, and what you want them to get out of it Here is an example from their substack Topic = Copywriting FOR WHO = Recent college graduates who studied English SO THAT = They can land a job in advertising Next, we'll use what's called the 4A Framework Here is an example from their substack Actionable: Here’s How Analytical: Here’s The Breakdown Aspirational: I Did, You Can Too Anthropological: Here’s The Psychology Behind Why The last step is to combine the two steps and run through the chatGPT prompt they have You'll be amazed at how many writing ideas you'll get in seconds. I use it every day for my writing
