Ever experienced a great awakening within, like the first 🌱 of Spring, clarity as clear as the skies on a sunny day after a storm? While everyone’s experience is different — there’s something almost magical about the ability to slow down, quiet one’s mind, and reconnect to that innermost reflection of you. And I happen to love guiding individuals & organizational teams on this inward experience outside in nature & incorporate it as ‘part of’ a larger corporate leadership and wellbeing program. Some call it the art of mindfulness or meditation outdoors, there’s newer descriptions like “Awe walks” and “Forest Bathing”, and there’s good ol’ nature and forest therapy guiding — Call it what you may, but there’s a way to connect to the fountain of YOU. Listen… ‼️I know so many people struggle with talking their truth‼️ Because they fear, what others think, they fear hurting other people or maybe they fear how it will be perceived, BUT LISTEN TO ME… I’ve been practicing this for a while… and half of that fear will have you procrastinating, overthinking, shrinking or people pleasing! None of that suits you, or will help you. The minute you speak your truth it truly illuminates so much around you, including people and things that dont serve you! 💥BABY SPEAKING YOUR TRUTH IS FOR YOU!💥 It sets you free as you do. 🤌🏽 You owe it to you and those who deserve the best and real you, to be your best you. Please don’t hold onto anything that doesn’t support you, including your thoughts, feelings and ideas.
