I've got nothing against modern medicine but most of our health problems stem from lifestyle issues. While it's simple to take a pill for every ill everything comes at a cost. There are no free lunches. This is why I'm a huge believer in lifestyle medicine: Exercise, nutrition, time in nature & sleep. You want to create a lifestyle that makes you feel awesome while avoiding preventable diseases. Is it hard? Yes. But taking pills is hard as well, just in a different way. Choose your hard. I know which one I'm choosing. ✍🏼 What’s your favorite way to stay active and fit? ♻️ If this helped you, spread the word. - Dan Ps. The problem with modern medicine is that it is a business, you are being ripped off.

There can never be a substitute to eating healthy, working out, being mindful and practice spirituality. No matter how many medicines and supplements we take, we will eventually realise that only way to thrive is by improving our lifestyle.

It is hard when one is made to believe that you don't have time for anything and instant gratification is everything. People want results now or nothing. Doing it right takes time, consistency, patience. Not many people are willing to put in the effort and wait the 3 month average to see a real difference. If you can make time for the "concert this weekend your best friend just invited you to" you can make time for a healthier you. Just make yourself the priority.

I respect modern medicine BUT this is so disappointing that so many scientists, doctors, researchers, and data scientists are forced to become part of the system whose only aim is to make a profit from our illnesses and efforts for well-being. Those who fund research are playing with our perceptions and bending the truth. You can get FDA approval if you have enough money to find a fancy agency. After 20 years, who knows what is being imposed on us and presented as innocent and even healthy, taking years off our lives? It is very healthy to eat a sugar-loaded bowl with oatmeal and 100 fruits for breakfast. As a result of the analysis conducted with a huge number of people, those who ate this bowl in the morning lived 1000 years. We understand that there is no one checking these articles in terms of public health concerns. We do not have the opportunity to question its accuracy. The only reference we have is nature.

Prioritizing sleep is such a game-changer! Good sleep impacts everything from mood to productivity and overall health. Many people underestimate how important sleep is for a healthy lifestyle. It's not just about feeling rested, but about allowing your body to recover and function properly.  Dan Go

My great fortune was to find a personal doctor who espouses strengthening the immune system so as to avoid getting sick - these kind of doctors are a rarity. For sure he earns less from me and my insurance, but I trust him and that is worth more than any money, as good health is the greatest wealth of all.

Agreed - Big Pharma (& medicine) are in the trap of legitimising ill-health -> High blood pressure, Diabetes and their pills are not inevitable. If you lead a happy and healthy life, you will have a much lower chance of getting those diseases. #nomeds

Health must be approached holistically. The problem with modern-day medicine is that it treats each of our body parts as separate entities when it works together as a whole.. a long with everything (our environment) around us. We exist together in a collective universe where we are influenced by everyone and everything.

We 100% need medicine. But a lot of modern day illnesses can be addressed via nutrition. Going to route cause of issues instead of plastering over the cracks. Every time you eat it’s an opportunity to limit or improve your health. You eat 3-4 times a day…do the maths.
