Investing in good human beings is even more important than investing in good products. Ariel Serber asked a great question - “What sets entrepreneurs you want to invest/partner in stand out?” I look to partner with people I like. People with talent, potential, and the ability to receive feedback. At the hardest moments along my entrepreneurial journey, I had an incredible team by my side. The products weren’t going to help me get back up, but the people always did. Good People = Great Business.
Love this… community leadership programs believe cities are what they are because of the citizens who show up and serve. Great cities are made by the people who raise their hand to serve. Investment in those people is the multiplier.
In those things that matter most, people will always beat the machine so let the machine do the boring stuff and the people do the amazing things
Your shirts look exactly like the Moroccan soccer team

I completely agree with your reflection, Daniel Lubetzky Investing in people with integrity, resilience, and the ability to grow through feedback is crucial. It's the strength and support of a dedicated team that truly drives success, especially during challenging times. Thanks for sharing.
I would have started a business just to work again with Daniel Lubetzky 🇺🇦 and Rodrigo Zuloaga

1wTeams that listen to feedback is so critical. I remember Daymond John telling me that with sales leadership, it took 5 attempts for him to learn that his interns were the best performers because they deeply respected and honored his time and feedback, and were hungrier to do what the biz actually needs, vs what they think the biz needs which was wrong most of the time because no two biz’s are alike. As a builder of culture & teams, I’ve always attempted to hire the people I’d go to the end of the earth for, will believe in, and bank on. I think many investors do the same with the entrepreneur and thier teams. Great question from Ariel!
