This is for anyone who spends too much time working ON their business and not enough time working IN the business... It's something I've struggled with and have since gotten better with. This is what I've been doing: It's relatively simple. I break down my daily agenda into the following categories: Grow the Business, Nurture the Business, Make Money in the Business, Life Outside the Business, and Home Business. I sort my tasks into the applicable categories and aim to do something from each category on most days if not every day. It's working for me thus far and has been so helpful in getting out of the "busy work" trap for hours... Of course, my way is ONE way. It's not the only way. If this way does not align with you, I hope you find a method that does soon.
