Just in case you missed it: In this study, we identified: 1) key attributes that banana farmers, as raw material producers, should have if they are to benefit or actively engage in banana fibre production, 2) classified & assessed their current position status if they were to engage, i.e. best, moderate & least positioned farmers; & finally assessed the potential impact engagement in fibre production could have on the livihoods of the different clusters.
