Good guidance. And as you well know, it's not just about getting your hands dirty but also taking time to go and see, to learn what is really happening. Unfortunately just walking out there and taking a look isn't sufficient. Leaders need to slow down the noise in their heads (all the things they need to do next), pause, take a deep breadth and learn to ask questions that ultimately develop a critical thinking environment. Learning to let go of your assumptions and beliefs about people and about 'why' things happen or the way work gets done, requires practice. 🤠
