That's a great reminder about aviation safety and ground operations around aircraft! It is crucial for all equipment operators, including emergency vehicles, to give way to moving aircraft. The safety of everyone involved is of utmost importance. In airports, air operations personnel ensure that any employee driving into airport aprons takes the ADP course. This course emphasizes that aircraft always have priority,.By following these guidelines, we can help keep our skies and runways safe for everyone. Remember, aviation safety is a collective responsibility, and by being aware and following protocols, we can ensure a safe environment for everyone involved. Let's prioritize safety in all ground operations around aircraft. 🛫🚒 #Aviation # Airside_operation

- Either there is no VDGS at all!? - or if there is, then it doesn’t seem capable of detecting the aircraft at the turning curve, and most likely, the “automated obstacle detection” feature doesn’t exisit! Even more shocking not to see any interference from the ground operator to puch the emergency stop button at the manual operating board to display an immediate stop message to pilot. National Transportation Safety Board Chair, Jennifer Homendy recently highlighted a prevailing culture where individuals either resort to lying or seeking help, a trend she finds unsurprising. Emphasizing the detrimental impact on safety, she stressed the urgency to address this issue. "This culture of silence isn't solely unique to the US; it could potentially exist elsewhere," mentioned Paul Cullen. He questioned whether the EASA - European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) shared similar concerns or adhered to the stance of 'no evidence of a problem is evidence of no problem.' Cullen's remarks reflect a broader concern regarding safety practices in the aviation industry. This clip just goes to show how constant the requirement for vigilance is. It’s the end of the flight, you’re nearly parked at the gate…but taxying is still a critical phase of the sector and it’s not over til the brakes are set and the passengers are off. Aviation is getting busier and busier and there’s more rushing to get to the next work assignment than ever. The human and operational performance implications of this video are legion, but fundamentally sometimes just slowing everything down a little bit can save a huge amount of time (and money) in the long run. Whether airport vehicle operator or pilot, maintaining situational awareness and staying constantly vigilant are vital steps to everyone getting home safely. #situationalawareness #humanperformance #enhancingexcellence

Saw this post and it got us thinking... if ever there's a 'job' that's everyone's job it's health and safety - not just in aviation but in any public venue. In high footfall areas safety is most definitely a collective responsibility, and having the right protocols in place, following those protocols and being accountable for doing so helps ensure a safer environment can be enjoyed by all. Over-C is technology that makes this happen. If you'd like to know more about how to get control of your team's complex frontline operation and make risk prevention part of your team's culture, thanks to triggering dynamic actions from real-time data insights, drop us a DM! #safety #operations #riskmanagement #operations

MAINTENANCE"for a common man understanding" is an art, science, philosophy ."for an airline organization "is an act or actions required to restore or maintain an item(Aircraft) in a serviceable condition via repair,modification,inspection,overhaul."FAA-Federal aviation authority " is an inspection, repair, overhaul, servicing preservation and replacement of parts; In all we can conclude that Aircraft maintenance is act or actions required on an aircrafts to get assurance of flight safety ,reliability and airworthiness. It is the role of the maintenance department to carry out all maintenance task(routine, unroutine, preventive and corrective) required to ensure safety, reliability and airworthiness of the aircraft .These do no preclude a random failure or degradation of part or system .But continuous routine maintenance and checks ensure Airworthiness of the Aircraft. #aviation #maintenance #safety #aircraftmaintenance #aircraftmechanic
