In their beautiful new campaign ‘Fuel for the long haul’ the fabulous team at Twelve are helping build awareness, excitement and hopefully policy support and investment to accelerate the scale up of SAF to help de-fossilise aviation. Our parent company International Airlines Group (IAG) recently announced our largest sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) purchase agreement to date with the e-SAF (power-to-liquid) producer Twelve. The e-SAF will help power some of British Airways flights from as soon as next year and can reduce lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions by up to 90% versus conventional jet fuel.
